I would like to report an issue regarding the step count shown in the Care app. My daily step count is correctly tracked in the Fitbit app. During the last 30 days, I have completed more than 10,000 steps on 28 days. However, these steps are not properly showing or syncing in the Care app. Because of this issue, my activity record and rating/score are being affected incorrectly.

Very bad, poor Renewal experience. I tried customer care, but they never replied the rest. Email responses don't address the actual issue, and customer care is almost impossible to reach—even after waiting for over an hour. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Even the sales person who helped me buy the policy, not helping.
